Meine alten Halbschuhe sind unerwartet über den Jordan gegangen, also mussten schnell neue her, das Amazon-Angebot kam da genau richtig. Ich trage sie nicht jeden Tag, deshalb sollten sie kein Vermögen kosten.
Wegen des Preises war ich zunächst etwas skeptisch, aber die Schuhe haben mich direkt positiv überrascht. Echtes Leder darf man bei diesem Preis natürlich nicht erwarten, das Außenmaterial besteht aus Kunstleder, die Sohle aus Gummi, trotzdem sitzen sie sehr sicher, und die Gummisohle bietet guten Grip, sogar auf rutschigen Böden. Das Design ist schlicht und zeitlos, genau richtig, wenn man einen klassischen Derby sucht.
Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos, ich konnte keinerlei Mängel entdecken.
Auch die Größe passt, ich habe meine gewohnte „45“ bestellt, ohne mich näher mit der Größentabelle zu beschäftigen und der Schuh passt perfekt.
Anfangs sind die Schuhe noch ein wenig steif, aber das legt sich nach ein bisschen Einlaufen, dann sitzen sie bequem.
Für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich ein solides, bequemes Paar Derby-Schuhe.

Er ein klassischer Schuh für fast jede Gelegenheit. Die Form und die Farbe gefallen mir gut. Die Größe passt und entspricht meiner Erwartung. Gut finde ich, dass im Angebovon EU Größe und Fußlänge gegenübergestellt wird. Ich habe mich zum einen an einem meiner anderen Schuhe orientiert. Zur Sicherheit habe ich die Länge meines Fußes gemessen. Kleiner Tip: Man nehme ein DIN A4 Blatt, legt es mit der kurzen Seite an die Wand. Die Ferse bündig auf dem Blatt an die Wand stellen und auf dem Blatt an der längsten Zehe anzeichnen. Jetzt die Länge messen und 1,5 cm dazu rechnen. In der Tabelle des Angebots die passende Größe ablesen. Bei mir hats funktioniert.
Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Nach einer gewissen Zeit der Nutzung fühlt sich der Schuh gut an. Die Sohle ist nicht aus Leder. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass man auf glatten Böden nicht so leicht ins Rutschen kommt. Wie mir dies bei Ledersohlen schon passiert ist.
Alles in allem ein solider Schuh für schmales Geld.

These shoes impressed me with the quality. They are quite soft and seem durable. Perfect for wearing to the office or a business casual event.
I was intrigued by the black sole on a tan shoe, the combination of these colors makes it so that they match with different clothes. Shoe laces are also of decent quality. Easy to put on and tie. They aren’t very flexible as they are dress shoes so that’s expected.
I gave them 4 stars because the sizing sees off. I am assuming that because they come from the Amazon essentials collection they make them more looser because these shoes were too for me. I got 10.5 and they fit closer to an 11. Unfortunately I tried wearing thicker socks but that didn’t make it better as it was hard to walk with bigger shoes. I recommend these shoes but if you are between sizes size down.
